The Pickens County Vision 2025 Implementation Team hold it's first meeting on Thursday, January 10th. Following introductions of the 19 members (see list on Committee page), the members were asked to pick two of the five focus areas as their choices for subcommittees.

Co-chairs will be selected for each focus area, with A Healthy Safe Community as the first area to start meetings by February. Co-chairs for Healthy Safe Community focus area and sub-committee will be Sid Collins and Chuck Schultz.

The new Implementation Team will meet monthly. The group will elect officers in April for the fiscal year starting July 1st. Members will serve staggered 3 year terms after 2008.
